Return conditions of Casa Jeromay.


You can return products from Casa Jeromay within 14 working days from receipt. We only accept returns if they are unopened and in original packaging. You are responsible for the careful shipping and transport of the item you want to return. Return the item with all supplied accessories, invoice and return form.




Items you cannot return:

Can I return products?

What is the right of withdrawal for products?


The right of withdrawal has been created to protect you as a consumer and to provide an extra reflection period. As a consumer, you have a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. During this period you can return the product without giving any reason. However, this does not apply to delicacies (truffle products, smoked salmon, caviar, olive oil and vinegar, sauces and spices, chocolate, coffee beans, cheeses and cold cuts). These cannot be returned. We request that you always register a return via info@casa-jeromay.com. The return procedure below will be used within 14 days. The entrepreneur reimburses all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer reports the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with repayment until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer has used for repayment, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer. Are shipping costs charged?


Casa Jeromay can deliver the order to almost any address within the Netherlands and Belgium. The shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium are € 17.50 for orders up to 60 euros. from € 60 to € 100, a contribution of € 10 is requested, incl. VAT. From € 100, - orders are delivered free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium. The shipping costs are stated separately on the order summary. There is also the possibility to pick up the order free of charge from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) between 09:00 - 16:30. You can indicate this within the payment menu. You will receive a message when the order is ready to collect.




How does the shipment work?


Our aim is to ship orders within 24 hours if the order is fully in stock. In principle, all products are always in stock. In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock, you will receive a message and you will receive the order within a maximum of 2 weeks. We ship directly from Spain, please note that your order may take a few days to arrive.
